ABOUT LORI
As Executive Director of The Church Foundation (TCF), Lori Daniels provides strategic leadership and oversight, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Since joining TCF in late 2014 and assuming the role of Executive Director in 2019, Lori has been instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity of investments and supporting the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities for assets owned by churches, chapels, missions, and institutions within the Diocese of Pennsylvania.
Lori leads TCF’s business development initiatives and actively cultivates professional relationships with the goal of establishing and growing endowments across all Episcopal entities within the Diocese. She is committed to enhancing planned giving resources through expanded educational programming.
Under Lori’s guidance, TCF has achieved significant milestones, including growing managed assets, comprehensive rebranding efforts, and a critical diocesan endowments review that resulted in increased distributions supporting mission and ministry initiatives. She has also enhanced accessibility to planned giving resources through TCF’s digital platforms.
Lori holds a Master of Science in Management with a Nonprofit Specialization and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She continues to prioritize her professional growth in nonprofit management, endowment administration, and investment oversight.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Lori enjoys traveling, reading, knitting, biking, and hiking. She aspires to one day live closer to the beach, where she can pursue these passions even further.
ABOUT MARGO
As Operations Manager of TCF, Margo Richardson assists clients directly with their financial requests. She joined TCF in late 2025, coming from a unique financial and customer service background. She loves getting to know the clients personally, building rapport and confidence in the work TCF can provide to clients.
In her spare time, Margo loves reading, writing, and crafting. She can usually be found curled up with her cat and a good story.
