ENDOWMENT ESSENTIALS

Learn how an endowment can support your parish’s future.

Whether your parish is considering an endowment or already has established funds, The Church Foundation’s Endowment Essentials Workshop provides an introduction to building, managing, and using these resources to support long-term mission and ministry.

We discuss how endowments work, the relationship between investments and distributions, and the importance of clear policies for accepting and using gifts. Participants also learn how The Church Foundation works with parishes to manage their funds.

We tailor the workshop to your parish’s needs. A session for parish leaders can focus on establishing or overseeing an endowment. A session for the congregation can help parishioners understand its purpose and how their contributions can support ministry for years to come.
