LEGACY PLANNING

Help your parish build a legacy of generosity.

 The Church Foundation’s Legacy Planning Workshop helps parishes introduce or strengthen a legacy giving program and invites parishioners to consider how a gift through their estate can support the church’s future mission and ministry.

We tailor the workshop to your audience. For parish leaders, we focus on getting a program started, communicating its purpose, and encouraging participation. For the congregation as a whole, we explore ways to include the church in estate plans and how legacy giving connects with faith and personal values.

The workshop also introduces end-of-life planning as a way to care for loved ones and make your wishes known. Each participant receives a printed End-of-Life Planning Booklet to help organize important information and begin conversations with family members and professional advisors.

This workshop is complimentary and held at your parish.
